A, energy drink with 0 calories, fat, carbs or sugar. So I guess this is some sort of healthy energy drink. I will have to say that I didn’t like the taste all that much but on this drink I am biased, I haven’t liked any drink I have had with Green Tea leaf in it. So if you like that perhaps you will like this drink. It has a fruity taste with a almond after taste. It wasn’t my kind of flavor. The mixing properties of this drink aren’t too bad. I could mix it with 25% vodka and it still hid the flavor. It couldn’t handle much more than that though. I wouldn’t call this the best to mix with but if you are looking to avoid a lot of sugar and be healthier it wouldn’t be a bad option. I would say that this drink has a decent amount of energy. It doesn’t have the pump up and get wild kind of feeling or energy, but it does keep you awake. It keeps you pretty solid without getting very jittery which many other energy drinks do. So if you want a drink to use for studying and doing homework, this would probably be a pretty good solution. Not the kind of drink I am looking for, but I can definitely see this drink could have it’s place with some people. This could find a very good niche market for students trying to be healthy but still need something to give them a kick to stay up and study. This has a nice blend of almost every energy ingredient I have ever found in a energy drink which might explain the well balanced energy that it provides. I might not like this drink for my standard reviewing purposes but I might actually use this once in awhile myself for school.

I believe that the Twinlab Energy Fuel gives you a remarkable burst of energy and anyone who is into long distance running, this wouldn't be a bad thing to put in your body. It has amazing amounts of nutrients and vitamins; very healthy for your body. It doesn't have the best flavor but if you need the extra energy to run the extra mile; I definitaly recommend it. I am a Cross Country runner and this has increased my speed and endurance dramatically. You should try it, you won't be disappointed.

I disagree with the people who dont like the taste. I think the flavor is great.

i've drank alot of energy drinks, and in "general" i prefer Twin's Energy Fuel coz it's not as jolting as Rock Star's concoction, and tastes better then Red Bull, which tastes bad....my GF likes the tast of this drink over any other coz i think it is "fruit splash", not citris flavor...and i only buy the 4-pack at GNC when the 20% sale is happening, and the box is reduced...i usually buy the box ~3-4 dollars, so that's $1 or less a can...
btw, chill them b4 drinking...when warm (as in sitting in a office shelf), u have to just chug it..

a pretty good utilitarian energy drink for studying or whatever. the 'high' feels clean. tastes like a 'diet' drink, because it is.
