XS Electric Lemon Blast
XS Electric Lemon Blast
Cost: ?? 8.4 oz
Active ingredients: Taurine, Caffeine, Ginseng, B3, B5, B6, B12
Rating: 6 out of 10
Here is another drink from XS this one I didn't like as much as the Cranberry Grape which is odd since i normally like citrus better than other flavors. This one isn't quite as good for you seeing as it has 2 carbs and 16 calories. It is still far better for you than most energy drinks. This drink has a very noticeable fake sugar after taste, that was my biggest problem with the drink. This drink also didn't hide the flavor of booze very well, which is disappointing since other citrus drinks like squirt do such a good job hiding that horrible taste of cheap vodka. hehe Anyways if your looking for something athletic or have been used to drinking diet sodas all your life you might want to give this a try. For me I will stick to some other citrus energy drinks that I have liked better, even if they are worse for me. Oh well some of you more athletic types can leave your comments and thoughts on this drink.

Hey bobby you dont know what your talking about this isnt a pyramid scheme. Your job is a pyramid because you will never make more than your boss.
Posted by: Curtis Roberts at June 2, 2005 01:29 PMYou know, it really is too bad that some IBO's can't build a legitimate business by complying with the agreement you signed. It's good, but it's not THAT good.
Posted by: nothankstoQUIXTAR at September 27, 2005 09:06 PMnothankstoQUIXTAR, do you really mean to tell me that you would turn down an opportunity to find out how to improve your financial situation because you saw a couple idiots you've never met and never will meet on a website? Will you ever earn more than your boss? Right. My upline earns more than the guy who got him started, so where is the scam? I'm retiring my wife in January based on our income from this business, so where's the scam? I would suggest making an informed decision and learning about the business instead of making an uninformed one based on a couple of posts by strangers. That would be a good idea, regardless of the opportunity.
As far as $2/can (it's actually less if you're a member or IBO,) people pay $3 for Red Bull so where's the complaint?

The Quixtar people have been annoying on this site, but thanks for just checking it out and commenting with out trying to promote and sell your product or website.
I actually kinda like some of the XS drink which makes it unfortunate when i have to delete and remove their spam comments. I really dislike ACT which I have to remove stuff all the time and really inform my readers that I have never given anyone a taste of it that has liked it.

" XS has 19 per cent of the energy drink market in australia at the moment, a very close second to redbull at 20 per cent. word of mouth is the obvious winner here, build your community (not online) and build you business. Sorry Dan for adding to the business talk but i feel i must say something when people are being taken advantage of. do wrong by others may get you somewhere in the short term but you wont be on yagers stage going diamond anytime soon.
Posted by: AussieIBO at April 5, 2006 05:12 AMI have been reading through this stuff and it's pretty funny. I am an IBO and I never drank energy drinks before XS because they don't taste good and are not even close to being healthy. I like xs because it tastes good but I prefer the xs sports drinks. Energy drinks don't really give me anything, neither does caffiene or coffee or anything else so I really just drink it for the taste. As far as the business goes. If I had not known someone who was doing good in this business, I would not be in it. A lot of it sounds like crap to the average listener but it's not. Some of us ibo's are out there recruiting anybody and some of us such as my team only want those who are ready. I used to be just like everyone here and be negative about different business's but I figure I am never going to get rich working fro someone else and as long as you make you business fee back, your not losing anything.
Posted by: cr8zblackguy at May 18, 2006 03:32 PMHi all,
Just so you know, xs is used by the Chicago White Sox and also for IBO's they also use Double X on a daily basis. Don't believe me? Watch a game and see if you can get a glimpse of the dougout where they have them. If the drink does nothing, why does a professional team use them? Ponder that...
yo check the facts, you realize that isn't really much of a convincing argument. There are photos of almost any energy drink with some professional athletes. In fact the Denver broncos all drink the same energy drink, suprise suprise it is given to the team for free. Seriously STOP EVER TRYING TO SELL THE SHITTY XS on my site. There are many other low carb, "healthy" energy drinks on the market other than XS, and they companies are far less annoying.
Posted by: Dan "energy" Man at June 7, 2006 07:49 PMI don't know about all this ibos stuff and crap, but i can tell you this i started using xs energy drinks a couple weeks ago and you can def. tell the diffrence it makes while lifting. Lets say for exaple, if your body was a engine and it normally runs on 150 horse power when you drink xs i feels like im running on about 165-170 horse power. And theirs no denying i can lift more and lift longer while using. And i was very skeptical when i first was introduced to xs, because enegry drinks are bullshit, but THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS! Don't ask me how because i don't know but theres def. something in it that works.

worst, and that's not bad. As for the price, $2 isn't bad compared to other energy drinks, i have seen Red Bull as low as $2 and as high as $4. so XS is right in the same Price range.

Posted by: Angela at August 14, 2006 07:43 AMI tried the Quixtar business products.
They are quality products. From the soap to the vitamins to the xs energy nutrition brand. The products are not the problem. The IBO's are not the problem. Please forgive those that you consider spamming. There is a reason the Quixtar company made up that stupid rule. They don't really want you to compete with them. Quixtar unveiled this new website a few years back. Now anybody can come to this site an order online.
You don't need that IBO to first sign you up. THEY GOT GREEDY-ER! They have over a half a million links now flooding the Internet.
Drawing that Internet consumer directly into ordering directly. I have argued since that Labor Day weekend some 3-4 years ago. SO IBO'S READ THIS> QUIXTAR IS USING YOU TO PROMOTE THERE COMPANY AND PRODUCTS AT YOUR EXPENSE AND TIME.
They know many of you will fail but may bring some clients that stay and then have won by new business at your expense. Until they level the playing field so IBO's can freely market the product it's a case for ANTI-TRUST LAWSUIT. Also your IBOA Board of Directors are they crooks benefiting from this new web site scam.
YOU KNOW THE GUYS YOU PAY THAT LITTLE EXTRA EVERY YEAR TO PROTECT YOU. HA!
They are to chicken shit to stand up for anything other than kissing corporate ass.
So in conclusion may I beg. Don’t be rate the, as you call them spammer’s….JOIN THEM.
Then go out and rent V for Vendetta and when your done burn your upline’s house down.
In response to “Drawing that Internet consumer directly into ordering directly. I have argued since that Labor Day weekend some 3-4 years ago. SO IBO'S READ THIS> QUIXTAR IS USING YOU TO PROMOTE THERE COMPANY AND PRODUCTS AT YOUR EXPENSE AND TIME” See for your self "Http://mweddle.qhelthzone.com" Quixtar as a business is changing and growing all the time how about you. Let me ask you a question we all know it is important to read but how many of us do it?
In the words of Albert Einstein "We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them. The successful with this business system only reminds most of how they have failed with life. To spend time with negative thinking only creates more negative and limiting tomorrow. In the book as a man thinketh he wrote "your life will move toward your most dominate thought" Goto the social security administration look it up 95% will retire dead broke or disabled and 95% get there information from the other 95%. Look you don’t know me from all the other clowns that leave post in these sites but for the betterment of man kind take responsibility for what you put in your mind!
A new thought=a new action, new action = new result compounded over time= new live.
Michael Weddle your foolish impendent posting of your website above shows your desperation. Desperate enough to find a forum to tag with your greedy desire to steal from Quixtar. Stealing from Quixtar a small percentage of the power of the internet that they demand you not compete with them about. You are breaking a major rule here.
They want you do spend your money buying product and working the streets. The Internet searching consumer is surrendered to them. Guarded by the worthless IBOAI Board because they profit from non sponsored sign ups. So that free web portal they gave you was no accident. For every free portal you brainwashed people activate strengthens
the very site that is robbing all you new IBO's.
So stop wasting your time trying, just send your cash to Mr Victor, Mr Biegert, Mr Dornan, Mr G Duncan, Mr B Duncan, Mr Felber, Mr Gala, Mr Goetschel, Mr Haugen, Mr Held, Mr Holland, Mr Hughes, Mr Janz, Mr Kumar, Angelo Nardone, Mr Nelson, Mr Newton, Mr Peintner, Mr Rivera, Mr Snipes, Mr Wilson, Mr Woods, Mr Woodward, You are their slave. MASTER CONTROL has taken your opportunity that they promised a couple of years ago. If you haven’t made already you never will. The corporation is out to save it own ass-ets.

Fuse(to sweet tasting for me), etc but all that caffiene can cause all sorts of problems (to those sensative to it) and if watching your weight obviously sugar can be a big no no!!! so XS drinks fit for meand I am glad they have caffiene free flavors!!...plus I can allow my child to use them when he needs to without any worry which is a HUGE plus!!! I think people just have to try whats out there and find what suits them best...As for mixing alcohol with any energy drinks (from a health field standpoint) that can cause serious reactions and has been known to even cause death (due to dehydrating and over drinking - mixing a stimulant with a depressant can cause a person to OVER drink if they do not feel the effects of the alcohol) so please to those who do this be careful and drink at least a glass of water between drinks so you do not dehydrate when mixing with ANY energy drinks..and know your limits so as to not over drink and get dehydrated or alcohol poisoning ...(not meaning to sound like your mother lol) but there may those on here that do not know of possible reactions....Well just my 2 cents on this subject....
Posted by: healinghands at November 11, 2006 07:44 AMQuixtar is a multi level online businness inlcuded with the TEAM members that originally bought XS energy drink. Any TEAM member or member of Quixtar is entitled to sell and buy at the price. But buying fromm other places that are not Quixtar or members is considered illegal.
Members are allowed to distrubte it amongst their neighborhood stores, family, and so on.
Yes B johnson I have read Rich Dad Poor Dad. But what does that have to do with the eneergy drinks. I realize that many people slave for all their life, get income and have their expenses go up. I do realize that the averga emerican beleives that most of his liabilty's are not. I do realize that, just wanted to put you on notice, and I do agree.

Posted by: D at April 17, 2007 04:05 PM73 mil units of XS Energy Drinks were sold in North America last year
Red Bull sales were 74 mil. units
Enough said!
Interesting...
Quixtar IBOs are not allowed to publicly advertise their products, such as the XS energy drinks. This is a very strict rule. However, the only network marketing company I know that allows and encourages their distributors to sell their energy drinks in public and in retail stores is the one that manufactures the Hiro drinks. www.actionhiro.com . There is a retail store in Vancouver that sells Hiro Energy Drinks and other HIRO drinks. It's at Unique Nutrition Health Center at City Square Mall, Vancouver. 604-872-8647 . Hiro drinks are showing up at various pubs, restaurants and gas stations all over the U.S. and Canada . www.actionhiro.com
Man, some of these people are bitter. Like someone wrote earlier on Dans' blog "this is supposed to be about energy drinks." The only reason RED BULL is #1 is that they market the living crap out of it. Quixtar is going through some changes and in my opinion is a well built business model that works because of the IBO. Just like anything, you get what you put into it. You do not have to buy tapes and all this stuff that people are saying. Sure the owners and partners are getting rich and would like you to purchase as much of their product as poss. but isn't that the way business works. Do your homework and check out the #'s. They have given back more than most companies in sal. and bonus. Sorry if some feel I am going off but so many know very little about Quixtar and have no clue or just had a bad group to work with. As far as giving out your sites and trying to sell product on blogs and spamming people.........watch your back and be careful. You people are the ones who are giving us a bad name. From what I understand you can also loose your IBO rights for that. Until you get caught, right..........good luck.
I personally have an upline that is FREE, go ahead and laugh, and my sponser is a very successful vet in the area. I believe that XS will not only pass RED BULL but will have triple the units sold by 2009. Just a prediction. It does have a wee bit of a fake sugar taste so if you aren't a diet soda driker that can be an issue. As someone else said most of those other drinks are full of sugar and as for it being a placebo.....HA that has got to be the best one yet. Tell that to the wrestler and the dude that drinks it before he works out........The 170 HP guy. It has 4900% of the USDA of B12 that, my friend, is not just in ones mind. Do you even know what a placebo is? It works for me and I honestly think it taste great. Just bought a 124 oz of Lemon and Cran.-Grape. If you put a shot of each in a glass and add selzer or club soda with ice it is very good! Also great with vodka that cost more than $10/1.75 lt. But, to each his own..........just wanted to chime in.
XS just needs a great promotional campaign and it will explode into the market.
Even if you don't like it, others do so why not try and sell it. If you want to log on to my site I will be happy to ................J.K.
Peace to all.
Love all that quixstar has to offer from products to support and am very happy to say, the system works, and is quite rewarding if you follow the system. I found this site by chance and am disappointed by those who bash a system and company that is offering an alternative to making a living, I mean...have you seen corporate america lately? Yeah....keep working for the man...and I will think of you while on the beaches around the world. Love all opportunities to not only expand my mind but my wallet as well and Quixstar/Amway has given me the ability to do just that....MLS

Posted by: Sheila Carpena at September 30, 2007 10:02 PMWARNING: Hey all you IBO's trying to push your crappy product. My friend recently called me wanting to know if I'd be interested in joining up under her to sell these drinks. I was interested until I found out it was thru the MLM pyramid scheme Quixtar. She gave me some samples and it has a HORRIBLY aftertaste. They do contain caffine, unless you buy the caffine-free ones, which are worse. The reason the sales of this nasty beverage is so high is because everyone in the pyramid scheme buys it by the cases at a discount (not wholesale-suckers) and either sells it cheap or gives it away. Meanwhile, they hound their newfound customers to join in on the pyramid scheme. That makes their sales records highly skewed and not a true reflection of actual consumer sales. DON'T BUY INTO THE B.S.!!!

LOL!!! Only if people knew how great this buisness opportunity is... I've been about of the team for awhile and I've never seen a group of men and women who care for the people on there team, like I see it on LTD.. Remember your going to get Negative comments for everything you do.. Once you stick your head out side the crowd some tomatoes will be shot at you... That's how all successful buisness organization work... Do your Research, before I got in, I was wondering what I was getting myself into... Until I got in... I realize it was the best decsision in my life....AND REMEMBER...IF YOU SAY THIS BUISNESS DOES NOT WORK....YOUR RIGHT...... IT DOESNT WORK FOR YOU, BECAUSE OF YOUR NEGATIVE ATTUTIDE...but for everyone else that believe.. It work 100% of the time... It's all about your work habits..
FYI on XS Energy Drinks: Right now Red Bull is selling 75mil. cans a year and XS is selling 73mil cans a year and that's without full out marketing..lol that's awesome... There great Flavors... we have a Total of 13 fav. now (We know everyone is not going to like all of them), so you can pick the one you like... Our newest flavor that was just release is peach-tea XS, MAN IT'S GOOD!!! So, that's about it... I just advise everyone one thing... DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH...NEVER LISTING TO WHAT ANYONE IS SAYING... NOT EVEN THE PERSON THAT SPONSOR YOU, THAN YOU WILL KNOW HOW REAL THIS BUISNESS IS REALLY IS...
My friend is part of this "business." He is low-functioning, but with some money. His "friends" in this business have taken full advantage of him and his money and now he is in terrible debt. He continues to think these people are his friends... it's sad to see. They only come around when he gets more money. :( Jerks!
