Alright Source Burn Energy Drink, or as I think sounds cooler, Source Energy Burn. Anyways this drinks has a similar taste to Sobe adrenaline, which is good and bad. It is good because i like the initial taste and it hides booze very well, but it is bad because it has that sweaty aftertaste that I am not such a fan of. So if you like some of the more musky after taste drinks, which is probably better stated as a smokey after taste then you might like this, it is a very different flavor than red bull and hides booze well. BUT THATS NOT ALL... haha like old school announcers... Anyways it also pumps you up hard core, it has the same amount of taurine as redbull and it has 30 mg more caffeine, which is a bunch more. So for those that only believe in caffeine this one will have you riding high. It also has the same amount of taurine not to mention things like guarana and ginseng. Overall the flavor is what doesn't do it for me, but a lot of people hate the flavor of red bull. Some people didn't notice or mind the aftertaste that I noticed so this varied with my friends. So this is at least different for that group of people... Now cost wise it doesn't help as much as going to a big can soda like rockstar or monster, but this is definitely worth hitting up and packs one hell of a punch for a small energy drink can. So hit it hard feel the burn, and try one out.

Source BURN is one of the most wonderful drinks out there, period. It is the best energy drink, and I don't typically like "Energy Drinks". It doesn't make you feel jittery, hyped up or weird. It taste great, like a citrus soda, and it will instantly make you in a better mood. Try some today!
Posted by: Jamie at June 15, 2005 08:57 AMI discovered source burn in my local bicycle shop. I had never seen this yellow can before, so I atomatically bought one for only $1.50,which is a bargain. In my opinion it is the best taste-wise and has prime energy componets.

The only time I could deal with the taste of monsters, I had been taking bourbon shots for 9 hours. Better than Burn is the Burn2. Pretty much the same thing in a big can, but not as concentrated in flavor. But it does double the kick-in-thaboot!
