Defcon3 the healthy energy drink

Defcon3
Cost: $2 10oz
Active ingredients: Taurine, Caffeine, B6, B12, Green Tea
Rating: 5.5 out of 10

This drink I was not a huge fan of. It wasn't very impressive in anything. I guess I can say it is nice that is has far less sugar than the average energy drink. It just wasn't that tasty, it didn't pump me up a lot, it had a weaker flavor so it didn't cover the taste of alcohol as well. It wasn't really bad at anything either just average. It does have a different taste than red bull so if you don't like the red bull taste maybe this one is worth giving a shot, other wise, I would avoid it and just try something else. I guess this will be a short review since nothing really stands out about it.

After seeing the caffeine and stuff you have talked about, it is really hard for me to call the DefCon a true healthy energy drink.

A truly healthy energy drink has no caffeine and very little sugar, and is natural, just like we are. We are natural, and the ingredients that do us the best are natural ingredients. A healthy energy drink is supposed to have B Vitamins, because those type of vitamins allow our cells to put to use the energy we already have.
