This drink had a pretty nice smooth flavor, it did pretty good on pumping me up as well. I am just not a huge fan of the artificial sweetener that they used. That flavor doesn't seem to bother other people though. This is one of the healthier drinks as well with no sugar, no carbs, and low calories and it packed a good punch... So if your looking for something healthier with a pretty smooth taste give it a taste. Definitely drink this drink chilled it is far better that way. I also like that isn't as super sweet as half the drinks that are on the market currently. Not to bad, it definitely didn't leave me feeling cold.
