Rumba Energy Juice
Well if you have always hated the taste of energy drinks, but loved the effects it looks like something is here for you. Rumba energy juice offers a non carbonated 100% juice energy drink that contains all of the energy ingredients we have come to know and love. Seriously, this taste just like Orange Juice. If you like orange juice, but it doesn't provide the morning kick you need to get your day started this is possibly the best news ever for you. It taste like a pretty good (not great) canned orange juice, citrus and sweet with no aftertaste or anything else that would indicate that your drinking an energy drink packed full of caffeine, taurine, and B vitamins. I feel a little odd cause this review is almost coming off like an ad, but seriously how long should have it taken someone to be like hmmm, be love these energy drinks, but complain about the taste lets try it in a completely different format. This isn't just a different flavored sugar pumped full fake soda. This is orange juice, something people have been drinking for breakfast for years. Anyways I loved it! It doesn't give quite the pump up rush that other drinks do, but the power in this drink did last, it keep me wild and aware for hours, so it still packs a pretty good punch. Also, it mixes great you can make a screwdriver and it is just that a energy screwdriver. It is by far a better taste than the orange juice many local bars use to make screwdrivers. So if you have been looking for something totally different, you should seriously give Rumba energy juice a try...

Note other energy drinks that don't taste like energy drinks: Gorilla Juice, Bossa Natural Energy Light, Root Beer Riot...

Rumba is really good. You do forget that it's an energy drink, b/c it tastes just like OJ. But then.....zing! You are energized like the Energizer bunny rabbit. Ha! I actually did mix it wit Vodka and Sprite. My recipe: 1 cup Rumba, 1/4 cup sprite, nice splash of vodka.

Rumba is far and away my favorte energy drink! I think it tastes better than average canned orange juice because it's got a tropical edge to it with Pinnaple juice and the like. The buzz is super smooth. My only complaint about this drink is that it is almost impossible to find. Where have you found it?

I did like the taste of Rhumba. And the can design was nice too. It wasn't red and black like the other energy drinks!

Rumbu is horrible well the taste is i likes the affect it had on me. people who like orange juice will like it. I have liked other juice energy drinks alot better

Upon my first sip, I found it revolting, personally. So sweet and citus-sy. But that's how I feel about juice in general.

But by the end of the can, once adapted, I was loving it. And it packed way more of a punch than I expected. I bought 2 cause I usually do with others and I was buzzing around afterwards.

I think it's probably my new favorite.

I love that it has such a smooth taste and no bitter yucky energy drink taste! Again YUM!

I loved the taste! I found it on a road trip and have not found it anywhere close to home since. Would love to see it come into Wal-Mart stores in Utah!

I didn't really get into energy drinks because I didn't like the sweetness and the carbonation. When I was at Costco (yes, Costco!!) I saw Rumba, and decided to give it a try because of the lack of bubbles and it being a juice. Wow! Yum! Can't even tell it's an energy drink! I don't drink coffee in the morning because I don't like it, but I tried the Rumba and talk about a rush! Now I've got my husband hooked on it.

Rumba rocks.
I just tried it today and it is a fantastic product.
I got mine at CostCo for $8 a 12 pack.
www.rumbaenergy.com has a list of stores that carry it.
GREAT stuff.
This will be my morning buzz drink, followed by a monster lo-carb in the early afternoon!

Rumba is the absolute best out there. It's 100% orange juice and not full of craptastic high-fructose corn syrup. Definitely the best alternative to getting in your fruit serving while getting your FIX of caffeine and other stuff.

rumba energy juice is easily my favorite enrgy juice! it is so good! but if you've never had it before dont expect the normal energy drink taste...this tastes almost exactly like orange juice. its 100% juice so its is better for you than other energy drinks too! i give it a 10!!!!

Posted by: Alex at May 15, 2007 02:29 PM

i got mine at the shell gas station if you were wondering.

Posted by: Alex at May 15, 2007 02:31 PM

By far the best tasting and most satisfing energy drink I have ever drank! I'm a OJ fan every morning I drink OJ and before the gym it's rumba time!

Posted by: Lee Herzog at July 29, 2007 02:20 PM

i would personally say rumba is one of the best energy drinks on the market!

Posted by: mark at August 9, 2007 12:54 AM

I usually steer clear of energy drinks because they are nasty, and stick with coffee. I saw it in my corner store while going to buy OJ, and decided to give it a try because it says 100% juice. I think it is good. No after taste, not super sweet in an icky way, but a little sweet for juice. And it woke me right up too!

Rumba is my favorite energy drink, at the moment. The flavor reminds me of Juicy Juice Punch, which I've liked since I was a kid. I love how it's smooth, easy to drink, doesn't taste like medicine, and contains 100% fruit juice instead of high fructose corn syrup. So far I've found it at CVS Pharmacy drugstores, and a Sunoco gas station's Wi-Not-Stop convenience store.

This is the drink for those who hate the carbonated drinks. Tastes just like orange juice but will keep you alert for hours. It also helps curb hunger if you are trying to lose wieght. The only bad thing about is; it is hard to find.

Posted by: Chris at September 27, 2007 08:53 AM

this stuff is the best. by far. My friends think I'm crazy for loving the stuff, but I HATE carbonated beverages. They kill my stomach. The flavor is predominantly orange juice, but tastes alot like a Pineapple-Orange Juice mixture. I've started ordering cases of it straight from Hansens. They are much less cheaper (around $1.60 per can) and they get delivered right to my door.

In a pinch this stuff can be found at pretty much ANY CVS Pharmacy, and if your in the South, this stuff is EVERYWHERE. When I drove to Florida this year, every gas station I stopped out south of Virginia carried it.

Rhumba is the only energy drink I'll buy. It tastes GREAT and has alot of vitamins. I would recommend it to everyone who thinks that energy drinks taste bad. THINK AGAIN!! I'm in a panic though because in my area (central IL) it is becoming harder and harder to find. I just bought out the gas station down the street and plan on buying out the CVS this weekend.I was told the company is discontinuing my favorite drink!!! Can some one tell me if this is true and how we can stop this great tragedy from happening?!?!?!
