I must admit this is a pretty good entry into the market I wasn't a fan of Coca Cola's Full Throttle attempt at the energy drink market, but I do like Tab. I guess they are marketing Tab at women, but don't let that fool you guys out their. This is a good tasting drink with only 5 calories and no sugar. With that you would expect it to taste bad, but it doesn't it tastes like delicious candy. I will still say coke is putting a little less of the expensive energy ingredients than competitors, but overall this is still a really good drink for those not wanting to take down a ton of calories and sugars. This drink packs 785 mg of Taurine instead of the 1000 mg found on average, but it still does the job and pumps you up. A nice added bonus is this drink doesn't have the horrible sugar crash hat comes along with many of the other drinks. Tab has sweet kinda cotton candy like flavor, but not too super sweet to turn me off from it. It is a pink color and a pink can so men that think their can makes them macho might not like this drink, but if your looking for a solid and healthy energy drink then Tab might just be the right drink for you.
