This energy drink gave me a niacin flush out of nowhere didn't even think it had niacin in it this drink. I drank the 5-hour energy and didntt do anything not even a niacin flush. This one freaked me out because i did feel the lip burning sensation its if you have cuts on your lips and it doesnt go away until a couple of minuets and the taste is disgusting this is a very bad source of energy and it made me even madder that it gave me a niacin flush to so overall ....Niacin flush....No Energy....Nasty Taste....1-10 D=

This crap is soooo messed up. i dont know what you are talking about with the "no energy" thing. i just picked one up last night at the seven eleven across the parking lot from my work at like 10:00Pm and i chugged the little demon. And almost 5 minutes later i felt kinda tingly and flushed like i get after like 2 shots of vodka. but then it turned into an actually painful burning and needle feeling. this occurred in my ears, face, neck, upper back, and fingers. It literally felt like there where a million needles going into my ears. i then figured out that the feeling kinda went away when i moved, so i walked around a little bit. then i went home and was up all night long. now im going back to work on about 2 hours of very light sleep and might pick one up, but drink it SLOWLY this time, just so i can stay awake.

dont listen to anyone on here. go to a vitamin store, buy an Extreme Shock, slam it down as soon as you get out of the store. get in yur car, turn on some loud fast music, and go. i guarantee you before the songs over, you'll be head bangin, screamin and flickin people off like crazy. its a very good temporary confidence booster. yeeeeeaaaaaa

Um, the reviewer hasn't any idea what the hell he/she is talking about. I'm a -big- chick, 5'5' 250 lbs. So when I take energy supplements, I usually take about double the standard amount given my size. I didn't get through half a bottle of this stuff when I started feeling the tingly sensation. It packs quite a wallop. My problem with it is that the niacin flush is pretty hardcore. I -never- experience niacin flush... but this made me feel VERY itchy and prickly, my least two favorite sensations in the world, for about 15 minutes.

ok i'll start off by saying WOW!!! i picked up a bottle on my way to the shore, slammed it down and like the bottle says felt a rush in 15mins, only this wasnt the type of rush i would like..ears,lips,chest,arms,back and worst of all my ass...all started to get prickly,burning and all red like sunburn...i freaked out turned around and did 120mph back near home for the hospital! then the burning stopped,still couldnt move (the burning/pricking feeling came back)of of course the energy part was kicking in and that was ok...then it crashed! my whole body shut down and i slept for about 12hrs...i suppose thats the niacin flush that does the burning, I have NO IDEA WHY ANYONE would want to feel that. scared the hell outta me.

I drank the fruit punch flavor xtreme shock at the gym for the first time yesterday. I never experienced tingling anywhere. I had so much energy that I was lifting my usual weights so very EZ it was amazing. I usually get tired after the 3rd set but I felt like I could do another. I will totally buy this again. Reading the other comments - and noticing some negative, I wonder if the flavor has to do with it?

I drank the fruit punch. Now my pee is bright pink. Extreme Shock? Yep.
