This is a new 0 calorie drink, that has a sprite like taste. Not very special or innovative, I will say that it did give me a pretty big kick, or I just drank to much of it a little later at night. I was up pretty late and couldn't sleep after having a Xyience Clear. It doesn't have sugar so you can taste that fake sweetener aftertaste, it is surprisingly syrup like considering it is a 0 calorie drink. It didn't have a bad taste, but being a generic sprite that doesn't taste quite as good just doesn't seem that impressive, so I give it an overall average score. I mean it just seemed pretty average to me, it did surprisingly give me and my friend a bit of a tweaked out energy surge after we drank it, not just the normal awake and alert feeling I have come to be used to from caffeine, this was a tweaked out, confused, energy surge. I don't quite like how it made me feel, but I will say whatever feeling it was I don't get it with most energy drinks, so if your looking to stay up and freak out on an energy drink something in this drink might do it for you, Xyience not bad for a first attempt, but hit the drawing board and give us a flavor worth running out and giving a shot, there are so many sprite knock offs in the energy drink market I don't see much reason people should give this drink a taste... A bit above average, but has potential.

I tried the Apple version, and the clear. The only thing I would add is that this is one of the few energy drinks, I have tried, where I felt a down side a few hours later. I did not think it was syrupy, but it is very sweet and somewhat tangy. I also would describe the tweek you get as a busy feeling. I felt it mostly in my body, not my head. I think for the price, I'd stay with Monster no carb.

Tried Xyience in LA this summer: Great Taste, Great Buzz, no jitters, no crash, no carbs A++
Tried Fusion Plah, Fruity dirt water, no noticable lift or reward for wading through the taste
Tried Act, barely tolerable dirt berry taste, excellent lift, no crash, no carbs
Tried Monster, aromatic, tastes like Monster tickles your MORE sense, great lift, does crash
Tried Monster LoCarb, aromatic, good taste uniquely its own, not bad grows on you, great lift, no crash
Tried Monster Java WAY GREAT sweet coffee drink taste, ok lift, some crash
Tried Monster M80, did not like the taste at all, pawned it off on a friend.
Tried Red Jak tastes like strong cherry, good lift, some crash
Not a fan of Red Bull but will drink it in the absence of all other energy drinks. The locarb tastes the worst.
XS is a good ramp up and maintain energy drink, I am partial to the cola, rootbeer, citrus blast. I am pretty why bother on the no caffine versions.
