Well I finally tried some of this drink and I can say it's pretty bad. The numbing sensation was absolutely horrible - I literally thought my throat was going to close up and I would die a horrible death struggling for air. Seriously - why the hell would the makers actively try for that sensation? Stupid . . . As for the "kick" well, I didn't feel anything special. My legs kinda tingled for a bit and then I was talking really fast for about 30 minutes, but other than that, nothing. I hadn't eaten for about 3 hours (and it wasn't that heavy of a meal either), but I am a 300 pound male so I suspect my weight dulled the effects. My suggestion - even if it *does* give a huge kick, drinking it is pure torture. Try to drink it as fast as you possibly can; the burning didn't start until the 3rd chug.

No it really isn't a good idea to drink these drinks, even coffee isn't good. Think about it, for thousands of years nature has been fine tuning our bodies. If you get a little bit of exercise and eat right at night your body propels you to take 6-9 hours of rest. In the morning everybody is groggy, but once you get up and start going you will wake up. We do not need a jolt every morning to wake up. These energy drinks are just a quick fix to a bigger problem. If someone is always tired in the morning then they probably aren't getting enough exercise or have a chemical imbalance that doesn't let them get sufficent sleep at night. Besides it being a short term fix, most of the drugs in these drinks develop tolerance. You will need more and more, that is why they are creating more powerful drinks, to satisfy the most addict customers. Its a nasty spiral.

in terms of energy its great. was wired and edgy off of two through a 7 hour period. the taste isn't bad. if youve ever had the bookoo mints (thier kinda spicy) it tastes like that. tends to burn on the way down. if you continue to drink it, it will start to have a numb affect not like codene numb but a usless added idea. works well for the amount that you drink. after the two and being so wired their was no comedown.

That burning sensation is what contributes to the 'high'. When you eat hot foods, your body senses trauma and your metabolism(maybe caused by adrenaline?) speeds up. And we all know when you mix drugs, the outcome is more than just adding the two drugs...

I think the reason you wouldn't smoke meth instead is that it's illegal. Beverage companies can't use illegal drugs in their drinks. The beverage companies now want to be drug peddlers too. They want to cash in on other societal neurosis' in addition to the fear of not being popular.

Haven't tried it myself, but I can say from what friends have told me that it isn't worth ordering off the net, or driving hours to find a store that sells it.

Someone i know works at a plant where they *used* to bottle this stuff --apparently the smell of it when its being mixed is so nasty that it actually made people sick, so much that they had to quit bottling it until they figured out what to do. Apparently it has cayenne pepper in it --that's the burning sensation when you drink it.

I hate people who associate energy drinks with extremely addictive/potent drugs such as meth or cocaine. Next they'll be saying it's a gateway drug :/ People are so stupid.....Cocaine (the drink) is bad. My advice to you guys is two things:
1) By Monster (my favorite energy drink by far. Get the Lo-Carb cause it tastes just the same) or some other easy to obtain energy drink.

I Think this drink is good. Burns a little more then most people like but taste great if u want to mix it with somthing. I drink energy drinks everyday and rarely do i really feel a "kick" anymore. Yeah, this drink is nasty. The numbing sensation first thing in the morning was not all that fun. It does pack some enrgy, but no moreso than almost any other energy drink. Liquid Blow is a lot better. It has better flavor, and doesn't taste or feel like drinking cloraseptic.

I must be the only person who loves this drink, I barely feel any sensation in my throat, and it gives a energy kick similar to small amounts of the real thing, although no euphoria feeling. Its almost the price of the real thing, so I bought 2 cans, one to try, and the other to keep for when this company goes out of business.

I tried this with a meal and after thirty minutes I was very excited about everything. I didn't feel like I needed to run a marathon, but I did feel like saying every thought that popped into my head. Everything sounded amazing and I felt very creative. I compare it to being drunk - including the hangover. It may not cause everyone to crash, but I sure did. I didn't come down fully for about 7 hours.
If you want a good time without the alcohol, I'd suggest this. It burns your throat, but its not the most memorable part about it. Side effects for me were: muscle spazams/jittery-ness in legs and arms, nausia and stomach cramps. The nice thing about the drink is that it numbs you so you don't care that you feel sick (similar to powerful pain killers).

It has 33.33mg/fl oz. That is triple of any other energy drink out there. Of course it is going to be more intense and not burn. I read about a guy who said he felt like his heart was going to explode after he drank this and went on a jog. But I think that is because YOU WENT ON A JOG. I was not an Energy Drink fan until I met Cocaine. It is true it does give you a burning sensation in your throat but it is NOT extreme and after you've drank it a couple times you hardly notice it. It DOES give you an abundance of energy and it works fast and last long. The without crash part is true also. I can't do caffine pills without getting a migrane...but Cocaine did not make me feel bad at all - I felt energized and I didn't feel hungry for hours which was an added plus...the high vitamin B content also tends to put people in a good mood.

I walked 2 minutes to a mini-mart and it was there, and I live in Connecticut. The burning sensation isn't that bad, and the taste is halfway decent. If you are looking for a great tasting beverage, then buy a soda. Most energy drink aren't the best tasting things, but thats not why you drink them, you drink for the rush, which is also very good considering I only had the 8 oz. can.

We would periodically crack one open and offer up 'hits' to anyone who wanted one. I took a drink from each can and I can't imagine guzzling one of these. It will burn the hell out of your throat. A gulp burned mine. Was funny in small amounts, but I wouldnt drink a whole one.

That said, this is the perfect drink to share. 12 people probably tried it and I probably ended up drinking 1/2 to 2/3 of a can over the course of the night (about 2 Red Bulls worth) and at 4:30 am I was still wired and couldn't fall asleep until 5:30.

Tastes really good for the first two sips after that ugghhh it burns. You can definetly feel the energy after every sip. It put in in a really good mood and I chased my friend around with a pool stick (lmao don't ask). I first tried this drink about two days ago and fell in love with it. It has the same amount of caffeine as two Monsters therefore I wasn't wary of drinking the entire can. Also, it's not a thermogenic drink therefore people that are sensitive to those types of drinks should also not worry. I usually don't drink energy drinks that contain sugar but each can only has 18g which compared to other energy drinks isn't bad. In terms of energy I had an entire can of Cocaine followed by one of those red party cups full of Low-Carb Monster and a cup of Boo Koo Energy. I ate shortly after and had energy throughout most of the evening and never felt sick or crashed. The taste and sensation is what really drew me to the product. The burning sensation was mild and highly enjoyable, it apparently just affects each person differntly as energy drinks often do. I give it an overall 4.5 rating and not a 5 only because it has sugar.

If you get up in the morning and actually move, (yes fat people you do have legs) then you will naturally wake yourself up. Yeh I was commin down off a few rolls and happened to have a can of cocaine in my vehicle. I live in NY and was in Georga the day before and happened to see this cocaine on the shelf. Having heard about it before I had to try it. I bought 4 cans and decided that I should offer it up to anyone who wanted to try it. I wound up splitting a can (3:30) with a good friend who was also rolling and we agree that the initial buzz from a 1/2 can CHUG removed the ill comedown from the roll and completely overwhelmed us with calm and tranquility. I was no longer feeling bad. It was like chugging a second wind. Mind you I was spent. I had danced for hours at rave and this cocainedrink cured all my fatigue and post roll jitters. The last little burst of energy carried me on a wave untill I hit my pillow at my house. I would have never made it home that night without cocaine!!!!

Found it in Denton, TX. It burns on the way down but tastes alright. Nothing to brag about as far as energy, although I do drink a lot of coffee.

Cocaine tastes like a fire ball but it packs a punch that you wouldnt believe. i would give it an 8.5 of 10 because it tastes like crap. i would say right on the the cocaine company because this thing will have you wired for at least 5 hours and not much crash

Having trouble with the burning feeling after you drink the "shit in a can?" So was I. Im not dissing this drink in anyway except for the taste, it felt like some one made me chug gasoline with warm pepsi, and nails. But if your having trouble with the burning, (and if your a smoker, like myself) try smoking a ciggerette, it may not taste the best, but it sure the hell feels better. This drink i would say is not over rated, its all the "buzz" you need. But anyone who drinks to much might have a seizure.

Wow Cocaine energy drink is perhaps the worst thing known to man. There is good reason for some of these states to ban it and I hope more do the same. First of all, the energy in this drink isn't even that great. I had an extreme caffeine buzz for about five minutes, but then I felt like shit. More importantly, it burnt the shit out of my throat! I just tried this stuff yesterday, and today my throat is so sore and I've developed a fairly severe cough. I saw the phrase "chemically burned" on this blog and I'm a bit nervous. Perhaps this stuff has different effects on different people in terms of this throat thing. At the very least, this stuff needs warning labels because I had not heard all the hype until after the fact. So if you really want to run the risk of fucking up your esophogaus for a short-lived buzz, then go ahead, as for me I'm sticking to espresso and the occasional RedBull.

I bought a can of this a week ago and took one drink and it burned. I just chugged the opened can about 10 minutes ago and it still burned. But I dont care because Im a 33 year old loser without a job and I smoke pot all day.

Well, Cocaine is definitely one of the best energy drinks out there. Didn't have a crash and the potent taste... well that just helps you wake up more. I do agree that energy drinks are becoming a bit excessive. It's an addiction and also promotes a lifestyle of stomp the roses fuck smelling them. I'm in the sales industry so I was drinking them like water. I'm done with them, caffeine intoxication. Daily, I was drinking about; 2 Cocaines, (1) 5 hour energy shot, 2 Starbucks double expresso shots, and about 1 SoBe NoFear. Vomiting, stomach aches, depression, anxiety, and paranoia soon followed. I started from 1 can. Addiction God Damnit.

Ok, this drink is possibly the greatest thing eve created, adn I was impressed on how well the creato defended himself against the cnn reporter, who at the end looked like a dumb bitch.

I noticed one user said that Cocaine doesn't have corn syrup (Im assuming high fructose corn syrup?) and that is what makes it burn. Monster energy doesn't have high fructose corn syrup (drinks without it are healthier then drinks with it!) and doesn't burn.

This drink is crazy amazing.. it'll burn for like a second but i think its amazing. im so mad they took it off market. it was my favorite! but no, everyone, its the cinnamon thats in it that makes ur throat burn.

and no, the frutose does not burn.

and cocaine uses pure ingrediants., so theres not even frutose in it.
