Energy Drink Press
Well it seems my Energy Drink review site has slowly been growing in the world and in the news... I decided I should start linking back to the articles and my own little media achievements... I will try to list them from the first major breaks for this site, until the most recent media attention.
The very first big link my energy drink review site ever got was from, Milk and Cookies. I guess that means my rise up the ranks started with that link on 2004-07-16 11:29:31, this link was seen be some other bloggers and lead to other links all over the web.
The milk and cookies link, then was noticed and I was given the link as Yahoo's Site of the day.
I then was in Investor's Business Daily, and on investors.com, unfortunately you have to pay for access to their articles so I don't have a link.
After all of this things were quite for a few months, and then I started getting some huge publicity.
I then hit the local big time with a front page cover story in the westword. The story, Pour It On, was written by Adam Cayton-Holland.
After that I ended up on several big sites, but the largest ever was a link on fark that sent 90,000 readers in two days. It also led me to fix up the site some and make my famous in response to Fark users post.
CBS Sunday Morning News - Energy Drink Segment, which was my first CBS appearance, I was on again a few months later on a different CBS news show.
Then Dave and I got into the Village Voice for a cool little article.
I then got a call to be interviewed for an AP article that appeared in hundreds of news papers. I even got sent to me in which it was printed in Chinese, which was pretty cool. This was reprinted from fox news, cnn, and pretty much every news paper site.
I was interviewed for NPR and used as a source for a story, NPR energy drink appearance.
I was on the front page of Yahoo.com for a few hours with the AP article, which was pretty cool. It was also interesting to get calls from people all across the country that has seen me in various news papers.
at this point I have been linked up from so many sites I can barely keep count, but I will try to update this page with the larger and more significant press that my little energy drink adventure receives.
peace,
Dan "energy" Man
Hi there,
I think you are the right person to answer this questions:
1-Why Red Bull is not making energy chewing gums yet.
2- If so, would you be a consumer of this product?
Thanks
Why in the world do you think he is the one to answer a question about Red Bull production lines???? The guy drinks energy drinks and writes hack reviews.
