there are actually 2 versions of this drink the first shipment has kf on the bottom of the can and is 20% sweeter and 20% more burn than the revised second shipment that has rb on the bottom. so check the bottom and if you had one with kf on the bottom give it another try with one that says rb cause its 20% less sweet and 20% less burn.

I didnt get to the heartburn stage because i couldnt take in more than 2 drinks. The first drink kicked me in the back of the throat so hard I actually thought i'd swallowed it down the wrong pipe. So i went back for another sip and had the same unpleasant experience.

Cocaine's marketing may be clever but the product itself is terrible.

Where I live, theres only one place to get this drink, and they overcharge by almost a dollar (the drink is 2.8x there :(, but I went there and tried one finally, and while that first sip was weird, I find that I actually enjoy the flavor. I won't chug it though, my stomach couldn't handle that (also, don't mix this drink with a seafood buffet, because I couldn't hold still and once I started running lets just say that someones bushes are now vomit colored) Overall though I would give the drink an 8, because I like the flavor and it kept me going for 6 hours. ( I just wouldn't recommend chugging it because I never felt any heartburn)

I've only tried one can so far. Here's my initial reaction . . . The red color is nice but the peppery aftertaste was a complete turn off.

I truthfully like the drink. Bought a 24 pack case on ebay cheap. Cheaper than that guys website above. The initial flavor is good tasting in my opinion. A second or so after swallowing your whole throat erupts in a slight burning sensation. Although not extremely unpleasant, it's annoying at best. As far as energy goes, this cranks me up way more than other brands such as Rockstar, Lost, Redbull, Monster, and it's in a small 8.4oz can. You get use to the whole throat sensation after the 2nd sip or so and it's not much of a bother.

If you've ever done the street drug cocaine the burning slightly reminds you of "the drips", as the chemical powder drips down your throat. Unfortunately there isn't the cool numbing sensation, and the energy drink just continues to burn. No heartburn, but if you downed a couple cans they'd probably mess up your stomach.

I just recieved 2 cans of Cocaine yesterday. And yes, the first one killed me. It tasted like Cayan Peppers. It does hurt the throat and stomach, but that's just fine... you shouldn't consume THAT many drinks in one day. So, I took down the second can 8 hours after the first. The burning sensation slowed and went away. It was then quite pleasent. The flavor is nice, the smell is nice and the energy is great.

Never tried OSO... checking it out right now.

after the 3rd gulp of cocaine, my thoat burned and it tasted like coff serup. after i chuged it all in 2 minutes, i felt nashus and needed to lay down. after it went away though, i was full of energy when ever i moved. i was really alert, quick and energized. Cocaine takes a couple of cans to get used to but after that it tastes great and you get no burning sensation. I personally drink one during every sports competition that I compete in and it works great. As for the the controversial BS....it's just simple marketing genius so whoever has their panties in a bunch over it should sit down and shut up.

This stuff tastes like cough syrup and burns like alcohol when it goes down. I shuddered the first time i tried some and i think ill just stick to my SoBe No Fear which i think tastes good and has a lot of good nutrients in it.

I drank two of these in a row one time, and I was bouncing off the walls. It's awesome. Although it actually causes physical pain to drink.

I have tried cocaine, and compared to the other couple hundred energy drinks I have tried, it seems to work the best. But yes, the burn is crazy.

I did not like Cocaine, but I just managed to snag 3 cans of the "CUT" version. I think I might be ok with that version since I didn't mind the drink other than the pepper taste.

A friend and I found a couple of cans at some Indian ladies store so we bought them. Boy do we regret it now. That drink is horrible, gave my friend a headache and made us feel like we had the flu.
