This drink is delicious, my one complaint would be it is a bit to sweet. Honestly after about 3/4 of the can I was like man I need some water or something to thin this out with. Besides that it was great. I love the unique berry flavor they got. It is odd that they put Pomegranate on the can as the flavor because I think the grape and other berries dominate the taste and you barely notice the Pomegranate. It does seem Pomegranate is a fad of sorts right now so that is probably why it is part of the name. It is a full sugar 120 calorie beverage so I would like to see the diet version on this drink. Anyways as an energy drink goes it is not the most powerful out there, but I really don't think that is the best direction for this drink industry anyways. So this has a little less caffeine and other items than many of the more popular energy drinks, but it does have Yerba Mate which I have been saying should be a big rising star in the best energy drinks this year. I mean i was exhausted from a day of skiing when I had this drink and it perked me up, better yet it lasted because I was out all night. I stayed up partying with friends and just didn't get tired for a long time. So this stuff works and you don't crash after a can which I attribute to the Yerba and Guarana, so if you want a little less intense rush but a longer lasting energy this drink will not let you down. I do really love the berry flavor to... tone down the sugar and this would probably end up in my top 5. Either way it is just another on the list of impressive SoBe Products.
