This might actually be my favorite powdered energy drink now, the berry flavor is delicious. Supremely delicious especially considering it is a powdered drink. Now you do need to make sure to use enough water and really stir it up because otherwise the bottom of your cup will be way to sweet and salty and taste something like blueberry sweat. Anyways this makes a tasty lunch time drink and gives you about the lift as a cup of coffee. The crazy thing is it has 41,667% of your daily dose of B12, which just seems insane. I read the label like 30 times to make sure that is right. I mean I have seen 2000% 4500%, but 41,667% of the dosage, wow, simply wow. Anyways this has a great berry flavor, low calories and is uniquely flavored. People I know that like Emergency C, liked this better and it does pack in many of the same vitamins so I figure they might work comparably well for the whole immunity thing as well. Anyways if your looking for an energy drink rocket to send you flying high this won't do it, but if you just want a little pep in your step with a low calorie snack, give it a go.
