Of all of the energy drinks that I have ever had, Monster Energy has to be
one of my personal favorites. One of my greatest aspects of this drink
is the excellent taste. It has a sweet yet smooth flavor to it, which is
especially refreshing when drinking it ice cold. Another great aspect of
this drink is the significant boost of energy that it provides. This stuff
kept me going for over two straight hours of physical activity. With an
addictive taste and a solid energy boost, Monster Energy is a drink that any
energy drink addict must try. And for those on a diet, there is also a low
carb version that comes in a black and blue can, as opposed to the original
versions black and green can. The taste difference is barely noticeable.

Monster is a great drink. I am a big fan of Monster for a couple of reasons. Monster costs about as much as redbull and comes in a can that is twice the size. It also imitates redbull very well. I mean the taste is really much like redbull and the energy boost that comes from drinking moster is on par with red bull as well. If you normal go through can after can of redbull buying monster can save you some serious cash. I also really like monster because they are a sponsor of the warped tour, and I love the warped tour. Monster doesn't mix quite a good as rebull with vodka, but it works well enough. The other thing that makes this drink attractive to allot of people is it is pretty easy to find, where as allot of the energy drinks out there can only be found in small local markets. If you can't find monster take a look for Rockstar which is pretty much the same thing with the same taste in a different looking but equally large can.

I was so hyper and energized and i felt great. i felt like i could do back flips if i wanted to. I suggest trying this if you are younger and your going to a party or if your trying to pull an all nighter at a sleepover. cheers!

As Dan said, the taste is wonderful and has a good energy boost. Green monster is the best out of the family with Blue being the worst(I can tell the artificial sugar apart) but still is good.
Monster is doesnt taste like Rockstar(it has a really sour taste) and Full Throttle is more of a soda(Made by Coca cola). Also you can slam 3 monsters in one sitting if you wanted.
Oh yes and im not biased because Ive had more than 50 cans of FT and Rockstar and I like all three.

You could buy 2 red bulls for 4 dollars, or one monster for 2 dollars with the same ammount of fluid. Naturally, which one would you get? The second is the Buzz and the great taste. The taste isn't the cliche of too many grams of sugar and water. It actualy tastes like mountain dew so you can really pound it down easily. Drink two of these things and your off the hook! 10 out of 10 and 5 stars for Monster!

How come no one ever mentions the downsides of this? Like the anxiety that can come from it. Energy isnt always a good think, it can make you think too much, and for some of us that can lead to terrible anxiety and even some slight depression. Not to mention its soo filling, you lose weight, and feel like as when trying to sleep. Dont get me wrong, I drink energy drinks from time to time.. but just thought i'd post something negative about them for once.

Rockstar doesnt do nearly the same thing Monster does for me.. I believe people get too caught up in the name of a product. Monster may not taste the greatest, but you get more for your money.. and you actually get energy from it.
Besides that.. I recently quit drinking energy drinks because I was tired of "crashing" all the time. That 5 hour energy shot stuff is good, you should try it. Emergen-C stuff is good too.. plus its more natural and doesnt have all the horrible chemicals in it like most energy drinks do. Emergen-C just has a lot of B vitamins in it, along with vitamin c.. etc.
Monsters the bomb i love how it taste and the energy u get from them i drink prolly atleast 4 a day... yumm yumm

Maybe because we receive 2 cans a day free at my work because it really makes us more productive. It is easier on the system than Rockstar but i still think rockstar is superior to all. It has excellent energy and U really cant stop drinking it although it seems like acid ur gulpin down. I dont even go near Red Bull anymore because its like $2.50/ 8 oz while im paying nothing for monsters and about $1.50 for rockstar (16oz).

my Monster of choice definetly has to be the Monster Assault...that flavor never gets boring it's quite possibly one of the best energy drinks i've ever tried
but if you're looking for a BIG kick you should definetly get Red Line it'snot much of a energy drink as it is a diet supplement thing, it tastes bad but gives you a good kick

It does taste a little like Redbull, except Redbull is too sweet and has a hint of a sugar free after taste - and I'm talking about the regular NON sugar free ones! I hate sugar free / diet drinks, horrible aftertaste! Plus now they have those BFC's 32oz for $3.29, those are awesome!
