Caffeine's long-term effects on the body are...
A well written article about Caffeine as a drug, it has some good points, but while pointing out some of the bad things linked to caffeine, and very mildly linked... The article doesn't point out many of the good things link to caffeine, like it reduces liver damage. It doesn't have a ton of research to back that up (there are studies reporting this finding), but neither do the negative things he tries to point out. I think that being careful with what and how much of something we put in our bodies is a good point, but i feel this was a bit of a scare article with out enough references to back it up. If a bunch of research articles were cited, I might find this more interesting, but it is worth a look.
