The main thing I am thinking as I drink this powdered energy drink concoction, is what in the hell are any of these ingredients? Seriously, I have no clue what almost all of them are. It has three kinds of root extract, and even more other weird extracts. I listed them as active ingredients because the box seemed to indicate that did something, but I have no clue if they give you energy or not. I guess after drinking this a few times I feel a little boost of energy perhaps something in line with a weak cup of tea, definitely nothing close to the caffeine jolt you can get from many of the other energy drinks on the market. So if your looking for the healthy non caffeine way to get a little bit of energy this might work for you, but I am not really a crazy health nut so all the "Adaptogenic Herbs" really don't do it for me. It says this is a natural stress reducer, OK I guess I am calm and aware? I don't know this just doesn't really feel energy drink to me. As for the taste a weird berry flavor with a powdery, bitter, muddy, and creamy aftertaste. It doesn't taste to bad, but it tastes fairly odd. It is a noticeable distinct flavor. If your into the healthy stuff that will make you live fore ever give it a shot if your looking for a big rush look elsewhere because R3 is like energy drinks for old people.
