From the company that brought you vitamin water, which I never really liked, always preferring Gatorade. Comes an energy drink that does remarkable well for its first entry into the market, this drink while sorta healthyish confuses me. A healthy fruit energy drink with < 1% juice, 100 calories and 25 g of sugar, OK so I guess they aren't really going for the healthy energy drink market. Just based on the company and the advertising I had assumed that, once you get over that fact and realize how amazingly delicious the drink is you forgive them pretty quickly for one little fault.
Seriously I like dragon fruit, I like it even better with the crisp, smooth, and lightly carbonated twist that vitamin energy gives this drink. The can also while very simple, ipod clean, and kind of boring looking is one of the funniest energy drink cans I have ever read. Know how tons of energy drinks have the warning not for pregnant women or people sensitive to caffeine? This drink has that and "recommended for people who have children, those trying to get pregnant or people in search of natural energy." The can also includes such genius as,
Evolution is a good thing, right? just think, if you didn't change, you'd still be rocking your calculator watch, sporting your fifth grade mullet, and using expressions like "gag me with a spoon."
How can you not like a drink that has jokes like that on the can, and more (buy some to see), it cracks me up. So if you like a light fruit berry (dragon fruit) flavored drink with a crisp clean and lightly carbonated taste, you might just love this drink. This drink doesn't pump you up as much as Redbull or some other energy drinks, but it comes damn close and it is delicious.
