This healthy alternative energy drink tastes like bitter tea. If you like yerba mate, I would suggest going loose leaf or getting some of the other yerba mate teas and energy drinks available over this one. This sort of tastes like a slightly lemon sweetened tea, I guess claiming to be Tangerine Yuzu flavored. I just wasn't a big fan of this drink, I didn't find it very tasty, it did give me some energy but nothing really out of the ordinary, I didn't have a bad sugar crash from it which was nice, but I did have to drink some water to rise the after taste out of my mouth. Then after getting paste its bittery tea like flavor lets get into the ingredients what in the hell are Catuaba, Muira Pauma, or Epimedium? I could look it up but honestly I am scared to even know more about this stuff. If your into the whole monk like healthy lifestyle living perhaps you will be down for this otherwise there are much simpler and better tasting natural energy drinks out there and bunch of good options that have yerba mate, so all-natural function energy, I am sorry, but I am not really a fan.
