Another good article about the use of energy drinks and exercise, if your working out with energy drinks this is a perfect read for you. I know many people that claim an energy drink before lifting helps them to push themselves. I know if your going to be running a whole ton that sweating will require you to get a lot of water and non carbonated energy drinks may be a better friend, but this is a good overview.
