Have you ever wished your energy drink was more like motor oil? Well then 1st step for energy is for you, it comes out of what can only be described as a motor oil bottle, and as for energy I feel like it is taking the preventative strategy. If you have all the vitamins and minerals you need you will feel like you have the energy you need? It doesn't give me energy at all. What it does give me is a burst full of carrot juice that has had a few one a day vitamins blended down into the drink. I guess the flavor is citrus cranberry, but I don't really taste either of those, I pretty much taste ground up vitamins.
So what all does this "energy drink" have in it for energy? Well B vitamins, and then a whole bunch of metals, minerals, and other stuff... Also I thought you needed a prescription and a mental disorder to be taking Lithium, but I must have been mistaken, because this drink clearly has Lithium on the ingredients label, my guess is that it has such a small amount that it doesn't matter, but that is boring. So I say that daddy needs his medicine and now every day that I don't get my Lithium I keep hearing a pink elephant tell me that the government is out to get me and that I need to start a heavy medal band to survive. Ha heavy metal like all the metals contained in this drink zinc, magnesium, iron, and more.
So yeah I would say just take a vitamin over this drink, it is rather scary and funny. It doesn't taste horrible, but I wouldn't expect it to give you energy either. So here is a look at the crazy bottle and my friend Dave bravely downing a shot of energy oil.

What in the hell is that seriously that is some scary stuff to drink man! Haha Good times I think the mouth wash I used to use kind of came in a bottle like that.
