Experts warn diet-conscious parents are depriving their children...
Apparently everyone getting on the healthy side of eating can be hurting their kids. I mean yeah when your not running around and being a kid you might need lower calories and less fat, but kids burn a lot more calories and a lot goes into growth. They need fatty foods to grow and mature, so even if your trying to be calorie conscious you probably want to make sure your kids are eating some fatty foods and drinks, don't get carried away, but you can tell when your kid is fat.
