Nuvo-E is a energy product that comes in two forms, a powder that is mixed with water and a pill. I'm a little apprehensive whenever I try pills I don't know much about. I've never tried an energy pill so i popped a couple of them first. It has the same ingredients as the powder but less of them. Being in a pill form it took upwards of 30 minutes to notice any change in energy or mood. Even after I did notice a little buzz it didn't hang around for too long. I tried a couple more the next day with the same effect. I didn't really like how long it took for the pill to take affect, but energy in a pill form is probably the fastest way to get it in your system. (If you don't like energy drinks)

I mixed the powder with 16 oz of cold water in a water bottle so it could be mixed easier. Anytime you add a powder you really have to mix it well otherwise every sip will be complete with tiny grains. After mixing, the water is now a deep red color hinting towards a fruit punch flavor. The taste is surprisingly good and strong comparable to Kool-Aid. Tasted close to a Hawaiian Punch/wild berry mix. The kick was moderate, I felt a slight uplift in energy for about an hour. I couldn't tell much of anything past that.

Bottom Line- The main thing Nuvo-E has going for it is its convenience. It can be stored anywhere without being a hassle (purse, pocket, glovebox). The drawbacks are that there is not much of a boost when you finally do break open a pill or pouch.
