NOS Energy Drink has expanded its flavors and introduced fruit punch to my local liquor store which I promptly swooped up. NOS energy has always caught my eye with their bright blue bottle, it's creative how its bottled like a NOS tank built for race cars. Props for packaging.

Nos High Performance Energy Drink contains almost 2 OUNCES of sugar. I don't know if you've ever weighed 52 grams of sugar but I have and it is a substantial amount. It tastes like a Fruit Roll Up and Fruit By The Foot combined, stuck to the roof of your mouth. The sugar literally lingers and I can feel my teeth shattering after every sip. It is much too overpowering. At least they take care of any medicinal taste! :/

This 13.5 fl oz bottle packs a punch with 219 mg of caffeine and 1688 mg of taurine. It raised my energy level higher then a puck hitting the bell at the local carnival Strongman game. It hangs around and I felt pretty good especially as the night wore on.

Bottom Line- Quick recap; Catchy bottle, good kick, infamous taste= 6.5 out of 10. I still feel like I need to scrape the sugar off my inner mouth. If you have a strong sweet tooth this may be your next favorite guilty pleasure.
