Rush! Lite is very similar to the original Rush! energy drink, but without all of the sugar and calories. Rush! lite tastes like strawberry's which is amazing. Most people complain of the sugar substitutes leave horrible after tastes. I didn't notice a horrible after taste in this drink at all. However most sugar free drinks I don't notice it.

Rush! Lite gave me a good energy boost after I drank it. I was a bit over energized when I drank it but I didn't experience a crazy energy overload crash after I drank it.

Downside to this drink is that after drinking I had red teeth! Being a 22 year old woman with red teeth is not the most appealing thing. You see a little kid with red teeth its cute, a grown women all you can think is that they have horrible hygiene or something.

Bottom Line- I rated Rush! Lite an 7 out of 10 because it tastes great, you cant notice the sugar substitutes after taste. The drink leaves you with a good amount of energy. Downside it leaves your teeth red!
