Today in one of my salons we were discussing a line of hair color that's designed for darker shades of hair (brunettes). And the owner opens her mouth and starts saying incredibly biased things, like "[our city] has that kind of diversity but our business doesnt see any of it because those people are mostly mexicans and cant afford to come here" "We service mostly suburban moms and most of them are blonde" She also told me that they donate their dark shades of foundation (makeup) to the woman's shelter "because they can use it better than the salon can"
There were so many things wrong with what she said I dont even know where to start. How could she be so naive? And all of this was coming out of the mouth of a wealthy white woman with DARK hair! Oh, and she's married to a hispanic man which makes their kids half mexican.
I FUCKING HATE STUPID PEOPLE! can i strangle one now?

The worst part is, the owner probably didn't see anything wrong with what she said.
