with so much drive and no direction its really no surprise.

Long lasting peace, direction, and a sense of purpose in life does not come from within, it comes from above. The most fulfilled people I know do not have it all, but they are living the reason for which they were created.
God made you for a purpose, you will fill you life up trying to fill the void in your soul and will never find it until you place you faith and trust in Him and allow Him at the helm of you life. Know Peace? Know God. No peace? No God.
